Team Mulberry to take on the Eight Peak Challenge

Mulberry Developments are taking on the Eight Peak Challenge for a challenging one-day hike on Saturday 3rd September to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

The team of five will tackle eight dramatic peaks in the Lake District National Park, reaching the summits of some of the most famous mountains in England including Great End and Scaffell Pike.

Darren Wright, Production Director at Mulberry Developments said: “As a team we are well on the way to raising our target of £5,000 and with a few months left to top it up we look forward to presenting the British Heart Foundation with a cheque to support their life saving research.”

Sophie Parkins, Area Fundraising Manager at the British Heart Foundation said: “We are delighted that Team Mulberry have chosen to support the BHF with such an exciting fundraising challenge. They have put their heart and ‘sole’ into fundraising and training, and we are exceptionally grateful. As a charity we rely on donations and fundraising events to continue with our life-saving pioneering research. I wish them all the best of luck and hope the weather is kind.”

Mulberry Developments is a long-time supporter of the British Heart Foundation, the UK’s number one heart charity.
