Mulberry Developments boosts residential arm with eight new appointments

Mulberry Developments has further strengthened its residential team with a series of appointments.  Boasting a wide range of experience, the newly bolstered team will play a crucial part in realising Mulberry Development’s plans to deliver 250 homes in 2017 and each year thereafter. Liam Foweather has become Head of Legal Services from Berwin Leighton Paisner and joins new Finance Manager Zoe Garrod, Brian Cox as Senior Quantity Surveyor, Steven Knolls as Development & Construction Manager and Danielle Mills as Development Administrator. In addition, three new appointments have been made at site level to include Tim Ashton, Jason Mahon and Greg Driscoll.

Mulberry Developments, based in Northamptonshire is a well established independent housebuilder with a strong track record for delivering high quality niche schemes. Stratton Park in Bicester marks an expansion of the working region for the developer operating across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and now Oxfordshire with Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire also on Mulberry Developments radar. The expanding developer also has homes coming soon at Appleby Magna and Great Easton in Leicestershire and Earls Barton and Weldon in Northamptonshire with work starting on both sites in the new year.
