We’re proud to announce our Oak View development in Appleby Magna has recently been commended by North West Leicestershire District Council with a Good Design Award.
This recognition is a true credit to our site team on Measham Road, who have worked extremely hard to deliver high quality home to a range of new residents.

The Good Design Award not only recognises the design quality, but the positive contribution made towards the built environment of North West Leicestershire.
The established community of three, four and five bedroom family properties has provided a variety of buyers with the perfect place to call home and with only a handful of properties remaining, we’re delighted to see this development earn such an acknowledgment.
