Mayor of Lutterworth officially opens our Kingsbury Park development with ribbon cutting ceremony

To mark a major milestone in our flagship development, the Mayor of Lutterworth, Cllr Tony Hirons, was recently invited to Kingsbury Park to cut the ribbon to our brand new show homes.

We welcomed Cllr Hirons to the new homes site to show him the plans for the future phases of properties and inform him of the progress so far.

Our Coventry Road development will provide an impressive collection of 250 traditionally designed two to four bedroom homes located in the heart of one of Leicestershire’s most desirable postcodes.

We also presented the mayor with a £100 donation towards his two chosen charities: Age Concern Lutterworth and Community First Responders.

After cutting the ribbon to the new show homes, Tony and his wife Sylvia received a guided tour of the properties with our Managing Director Ian Sadler.

Cllr Hirons said: “I congratulate Mulberry Homes on the standard of houses I saw during my recent visit. Beautifully finished – I can understand why so many have been reserved so quickly. I would also like to thank Mulberry Homes for supporting my Mayor’s Appeal.”

Also being introduced at Kingsbury Park are smart parcel delivery boxes, providing a solution for residents expecting a delivery whilst away from home.

There is currently a collection of two to four bedroom properties available at Kingsbury Park. To organise your viewing appointment please call 0333 121 1030
