Here at Mulberry Homes, we’re proud to support local businesses in and around Leicestershire and have launched a new campaign where the local community can discover hidden gems and the best independent businesses near them.
When customers register their interest at Heathcote Grange in Great Bowden, Kingsbury Park in Lutterworth and Harcourt Gardens in Kibworth Harcourt, they will be in with a chance of winning a prize from a local business near them.
The winner will then be picked at random from each of these developments to receive a prize worth £50 from a wonderful local business near them.
Choose between, beautiful bouquets from local florists, treatments at friendly beauty salons, afternoon tea or lunch at local café’s and farm shops and gift vouchers for your favourite local stores.
Some of the first businesses to take part in this include: Whites Florist and Lane’s Deli in Lutterworth, Beauty Defined in Market Harborough, Welton’s in Great Bowden and Manor Farm Shop in Catthorpe.
The campaign will run from September to November, with winners being chosen each month, so there is plenty of time to take a look around our delightful, luxury developments and decide which area you want to explore.

The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, entrants registered after Monday 2nd September for the August competition, Tuesday 1st October 2019 for the September competition, and Friday 1st November for the October competition, will not count.
