We are delighted to introduce Emily Bishop to the team at Mulberry Land.

Emily’s role as Strategic Land & Planning Manager at Mulberry Land sees her utilise her experience gained over the last 14 years.

Her previous roles within the house building industry includes McCarthy Stone, Bloor Homes and David Wilson Homes in addition to local government where she honed her breadth of policy planning knowledge.

Her specialist skills in negotiating S106 agreements, viability appraisal work, community engagement, site appraisals and risk assessment are invaluable in her role, where she works alongside the team to develop and expand the portfolio.
