The proposals seek to introduce a new Community Hub to the local area. The hub would serve as a flexible community building and would respond to local commercial demand and needs.
The Community hub would aim to be the focal point for the development, being sustainably located adjacent to local education, retail and existing employment facilities.
Delivery of the scheme would allow for:
An estimated 65 Homes
Employment of over 200 people
Provide 2 apprentices, graduates and trainees
Increase open space, community sport & leisure spending by £52,403
Create 26 affordable homes
Generate £52,403 towards education spending which could provide up to 24 classroom spaces
Generate £783,445 in tax revenue
Including £ 73,414 in council tax revenue
