Following a successful consultation and communication period, plans for the scheme have been revised accordingly and a planning application has been submitted to West Northamptonshire Council. Subject to a successful planning consent, works are scheduled to commence on site in 2023.
The vision for the land is to bring forward a mixed-use residential scheme that integrates within the existing community and focuses on a community first approach. The scheme has been created using a landscape led principal approach to ensure that it integrates within the existing built form and existing landscape features. The scheme could deliver up to 65 new homes that frame a series of communal landscape spaces surrounding the new proposed community building.
