We recently welcomed Ben Coles to the Mulberry Group team. Ben is responsible for the daily running of Mulberry Land. He has almost 20 years of experience, specialising in land and planning within the development and housebuilding sector.
Ben has previously held positions for both private and plc housebuilding companies, including Taylor Wimpey and Crosby Homes and has worked throughout the Midlands and South East, as well as Yorkshire and the North East.
His experience, vision and entrepreneurialism in delivering planning approvals for high quality sustainable communities has led to the delivery of thousands of new homes throughout his career.
The little spare time Ben has is split between his family and his many interests and pursuits, from motor racing and playing golf, to music and enjoying a game of rugby.
