Following a period of public consultation to understand your views, all comments have now been collated and we would like to thank all those who have taken the time to provide feedback. These responses have helped shape the planning submission, which has now been submitted to Oadby and Wigston Borough Council.
The vision for the land is to bring forward a mixed-use residential scheme that sits adjacent to the existing urban area, accessed by Florence Wragg Way and Pipistrelle Way. The proposed development will integrate well with the existing residential community, securing community benefits to be delivered on site.
The vision for Oadby Grange puts biodiversity and sustainability at the forefront of the placemaking. The masterplan shows a landscape led strategy for the site which sets new homes within a natural landscape and enhanced Country Park.
