Landscape Proposal
Footpath and cycle way connections will provide a green infrastructure network leading to open spaces both within and beyond the site to ensure accessibility to the required amenities and country park.
The PROW is located around the site and runs along a green wedge north of the site from Windrush Drive onto the footpath, providing a west-east connection from the existing development into the wider countryside. Additional existing routes will provide improved wildlife and biodiversity enhancement opportunities.
Open space will include existing tree and hedgerow planting, proposed strategic planting, areas for formal play and recreation, surface water attenuation and walking and cycling routes.
